Karen Leslie Ficke makes autobiographical work using a range of media, including: photography, video, installation, and performance art. Her projects have been shown at Queens Nails Annex (San Francisco), Space Gallery (San Francisco), Legion of Honor Museum (San Francisco), de Young Museum (San Francisco), and Chinese Culture Center of San Francisco. She was born in Scotts Valley, CA and now lives and works in Oakland, CA.
